First Edge.
Delia and Mick Morris first visited Chandigarh in northern India in April 2014. The director of First Edge Pre-school is the sister of a former parent at Morris Minors. First Edge is seeking to develop affordable and accessible pre-schools in India, incorporating best practice from the UK with traditional Indian values.
After spending time with staff at the Chandigarh pre-school and sharing best practice, Delia and Mick were guests of honour at the end of term graduation ceremony. Our first visit to India was a great experience and we are grateful for the excellent hospitality of our hosts.
First Edge continues to thrive and we were very pleased to meet up with the director, Rupali Bhati, together with her sister Neha and their families, locally in July and August 2018. Through her dedication and professionalism, Rupali provides high standards of care and education to children in India. We continue to collaborate with First Edge and look forward to visiting Chandigarh again. We wish Rupali and Neha every success for the future.
